大型面天线CAE分析与电性能计算的集成 被引量:1

摘要 研究了CAD/CAE集成建模技术和天线组合结构理论,基于反射面位移场并采用PO法分析天线远区电场,解决了由背架、反射面和中心体组成的组合结构网格自动划分难题,开发了面向大型雷达天线结构的集成分析系统。此系统可辅助结构设计人员对天线结构参数进行修改,对结构形状、分布方式进行调整,对天线加工精度、装配精度提出合理要求。工程案例的应用结果证明了该系统的有效性与准确性。 Aimed at the separated status of structural design and electrical design in antenna engineering, CAD/CAE integrated modeling technology and antenna com- posite structure theory were studied deeply, and PO method based the displacement field of distorted reflector was used to calculation the far electric field of reflector antennas. The mechatronic analysis system for large reflector antennas was developed with some solved special difficulties including the composite structure mesh auto-partition. This system can assist the structural designers to modify the structure parameters, shape and distribution and give the requirements about the processing and manufacturing precisions. Its application can improve the design level and reduce the design cost of reflector antennas.
