摘要
利用ANSYS模拟了H型钢轧后控制冷却温度场的变化,研究并设计了气雾冷却装置,首先应用于莱钢中型厂。使H型钢在3.5 m/s的速度运行下,冷却速度达到50℃/s左右,且H型钢断面温差小,解决了由于冷却不均导致的问题,并使钢材的屈服强度和抗拉强度分别提高了17.2 MPa和15 MPa。
The temperature field during cooling after H-beam rolling was analyzed by ANSYS software. The mist cooling device was studied and designed, and used in medium section steel of Laiwu Iron and Steel Co. , Ltd. first. The mean cooling rate reached about 50 ℃/s when H-beam steel went forward at 3.5 m/s. The problems caused by non-uniform cooling were solved, and the yield strength and the tensile strength were increased by 17.2 MPa and 15.0 MPa respectively.
