摘要
采用金相法和JEM-2010电镜研究了含镧高纯钢的相变。结果表明:固溶镧对γ→α相变影响显著,镧可细化铁素体晶粒。在冰盐水中淬火后,含镧高纯钢中γ→α多型性转变按块状相变方式进行,铁素体晶界不规则,呈块状,有时呈条片状或针状。
Purity steel containing La was investigated by means of metallographic analysis and transmission electron microscopy (JEM-2010). The result showed that the effect of solution La on γ→α phase transformation was remarkable. Element La refines the ferrite grains. During the quenching in the iced brine, La makes γ→α transformation proceed according to massive transformation mechanism. The ferrite grain boundary is irregular. The ferrite grain is massive, sheetlike and acicular. La promots the formation of massive structure.
