结肠癌手术患者应用护理康复路径的效果评价

Using rehabilitative nursing pathways for postoperative patients with colon carcinoma

目的探讨护理康复路径对结肠癌手术患者康复效果的影响。方法选择结肠癌患者160例，随机分为实验组和对照组各80例。对照组患者按常规进行护理和健康教育指导，实验组患者则在常规护理的基础上依据康复路径指导其康复。比较2组患者的平均住院天数、住院费用、健康知识评分、生活自理能力评分4项指标的差异性。结果实验组患者的平均住院天数、住院费用显著低于对照组（P〈0．01），而健康知识评分、生活自理能力评分显著高于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论应用护理康复路径表指导患者康复，有利于患者主动参与医疗、护理过程，缩短患者的住院时间和减少住院费用，提高健康教育效果和生活自理能力。

Objective In order to know the clinical effects of using rehabilitative nursing pathways for postoperative patients with colon carcinoma. Methods Divided 160 patients with colon carcinoma into the experimental group and control group randomly, there were 80 cases in each group. Rehabilitative nursing pathways were used in the experimental group, while the routine nursing cares were used in control group. Compared the average days in hospital, cost for treatment, health knowledge and self-care ability between the two groups. Results The average days in hospital and cost for treatment in the experimental group were significantly lower than those of in control group,P〈0.01, while the health knowledge and self- care ability in the experimental group were significantly better than those of in the control group,P〈0.01. Conclusions Rehabilitative nursing path ways can effectively improve the compliance of patients with colon carcinoma during the course of treatment and nursing, and then improve the rehabilitation of them.
