摘要 该文在简述转基因食品安全性基础上,提出其检测方法—PCR技术,重点介绍PCR技术在转基因食品检测上应用及发展趋势。 The safety assessment and assurance of genetically modified has been a word wide concerned issue. The application and development prospect of PCR technique in genetically modified foods were especially detailed presented.
