旁路开关代运行时电压切换问题的分析

Analysis of the Voltage Switching Problem as Operating With the Substituted By-pass Circuit Breaker

针对小雁溪变电所主变开关由旁路代运行时二次电压无法切换的缺陷提出两种解决办法。保证了在特殊运行方式下主变220 kV低阻抗和零序方向过流保护功能正常投入,提高了变电所安全运行可靠性。

Two solutions are proposed for the defect that the secondary voltage can not be switched when operating with the substituted by-pass circuit breaker for main transformer in Xiaoyanxi substation. They ensure the nomal operation of 220 kV under impedance and the zero sequence directional overcurrent protection in special operation mode, and improve safe operation and reliability of the substation.
