Plant-level supervisory information system （SIS） is an automation information system in power plant which integrates real time acquisition process supervision, optimizing operation and production process management in one. Its main functions are collecting and processing the necessary real time production data and establishing real time data platform for advanced application function. The practical operation and applica- tion effect of SIS in Guixi Power Generation Co. 2 × 300 MW units were introduced.
