高压注浆技术对地震高烈度区钻孔灌注桩的加固研究

摘要 介绍位于地震高烈度区的宿迁建设大厦工程采用高压注浆技术对钻孔灌注桩进行加固的概况。钻孔灌注桩经桩端注浆处理后,其单桩竖向极限承载力可得到明显提高,并节约工程造价;若采用桩侧注浆,对桩周土进行加固,可提高桩侧阻力,同时提高水平地震荷载抵抗力;可供地震高烈度区同类工程参考。 Based on Suqian Construction Building which locates in high intensity earthquake area, the paper presents the consolidation technology for bored pile. The limit vertical bearing capacity of the single bored pile can be increased obviously and can save the engineering cost after the consolidation to the end of the pile. The resistance of the side of the pile and the horizontal seismic resistance can be increased after the consolidation to the side of the pile, and can be used as reference to engineering practice in high intensity earthquake area.
