住房市场化进程飞速发展的同时,低收入家庭住房保障制度建设总体进展缓慢。通过对发达国家及发展中国家住房保障制度的了解和分析,提出了中国公共住房建设运营的六大问题,并结合中国的国情进行探讨。

Chinese housing market has developed very fast in recent years. At the same time, housing security system of low - income family brings forward slowly. By understanding and analyzing the housing security system of developed countries and developing countries, finds out six problems of Chinese social housing system. Then this paper discusses these problems combines the situation of China.
