Discussion of Countermeasures to the Quality of the Boiler Coal Changing

针对青岛发电厂锅炉设备特点和燃煤质量不稳定的状况,提出燃煤质量的判别方法和技术要求,对锅炉设备进行改进,改善燃烧调整能力和锅炉受热面承受能力,提高了锅炉热效率和设备安全性。

In view of characteristics of boiler equipment and instability of coal in Qingdao power plant, this paper introduces the distinguishing methods and technical requirement of the quality of coal. The boiler equipment has been improved and has enhanced its burning tenability as well as its boiler heating surface bearing capacity. Therefore the boiler thermal efficiency and equipment security were enhanced.
