摘要
汽流激振通常发生在高参数、级数多、高转速的轴系稳定性差的机组上,一般发生在高压缸内,尤以高压缸调节级处汽流激振最为严重。从迷宫式汽封汽流激振产生的机理入手,以邹县发电厂4号机组发生汽流激振故障为基础,分析了汽轮机迷宫式汽封发生汽流激振的机理、原因、特征,提出了防范措施。
The vibration of steam excitated usually happened on the unit which is high parameter, more stages, high speed and shafting stability not well, and usually happened on high pressing casing inner, especially happened on high pressure casing control stage. The text starts with the mechanism of the vibration of steam excitated on labyrinth steam gland, take the vibration of steam excited malfunction which happened on unit 4 of Zouxian Power Plant as base, analyzing the mechanism, reasons, and countermeasures of vibration of steam excitated.
