摘要
利用硒(Ⅳ)与DAN(2,3-二氨基奈)在酸性条件下生成具有强荧光特性的4,5-苯并苤硒脑,通过盐效应校正,建立加硒盐中硒含量的分子荧光光度测定方法。
The 4,5 - benzopiaselenol with strong fluorescence was made by Se ( Ⅵ ) and DAN (2,3 -diaminonaph- thalene) under acidic condition. The method of determination of trace Se in the selenium salt with molecule fluorescence photometry was established by revising salt effect.
