摘要 介绍了连续离子交换(ISEP)的原理、技术特点及其在废水处理、化学制药、金属离子分离和无机化工等领域中的应用。提出了应用ISEP系统的沸石法海水提钾技术的工艺流程,实验研究了连续离子交换法海水提钾工艺。结果表明,产品钾富集液中的K+含量达63.07g/L,较海水浓缩166倍;原料海水中的K+提取率达90.0%。此外,与传统的固定床离子交换系统相比,连续离子交换法海水提钾系统还具有产品K+浓度及原料K+提收率稳定、沸石利用率高、便于实现连续化操作等优势。 The technological principle, characteristic and application of continuous ionic exchange (ISEP) and its application in waste water disposal,chemical medicine,metal extraction,inorganic chemistry and so on were introduced. The technology process for extracting potassium from seawater by ISEP using zeolite was proposed. The technology of extracting potassium from seawater using continuous ionic exchange was investigated. The results showed that the concentration of K^+ in the enrichment solution can reach to 63.07g/L, which is 166 times more than that in seawater; the recovery rate of K^+ is 90.0%. In addition,compared with fixed -bed, the ISEP system has the advantages as follows : the concentration of K^+ of product and the recovery rate of K^+ are more constant, the utilization rate of zeolite is higher, and the continuous manipulation is easier to carry out.
