摘要
于2003年7月在渤海湾天津附近海域设5个点采样。Ⅰ型网鉴定结果表明,天津沿岸浅水浮游动物组成以广温低盐性沿岸种占绝对优势,共发现浮游动物19种。主要有桡足类、毛颚类、水母及各类浮游幼虫,优势种为强壮箭虫(Sagitta crassa Tokioka)、真刺唇角水蚤(Labidocera euchaeta Giesbrccht)、刺尾歪水蚤(Tortanus spanicaudatus Shenet Bai)和磁蟹的蚤状幼虫(Zoea larva(Porcellana))等。本调查浮游动物的平均生物量为140.84mg/m3,总丰度为134.55ind/m^3,其中强壮箭虫的丰度为0ind/m^3-72.00ind/m^3,真刺唇角水蚤和刺尾歪水蚤的丰度均为0ind/m^3-26.79ind/m^3。磁蟹的蚤状幼虫丰度为0ind/m^3-31.82ind/m^3。生物多样性指数(H)在2.45083-3.49524之间。各站位的浮游动物生物量与浮游植物生物量呈明显正相关关系。
Species composition and community structure of zooplankton in Tianjin sea area, the Bohai Bay were studied from samples taken with type I plankton net in July, 2003. The result revealed that zooplankton in this area was dominated by temperate neritic species, including Sagitta crassa Tokioka, Labidocera euchaeta Giesbrccht and Tortanus spanicaudatus Shenet Bai, etc. There are total nineteen species were identified. The average zooplankton biomass is 140.84mg/m^3 in the water. The total abundance is 134.55ind/m^3 , the abundance of Sagitta crassa is 0ind/m^3 N 72.00 ind/m^3 , the abundance of Labidocera euchaeta and Tortanus spanicanudatus is 0ind/m^3 N 26.79ind/ m^3 in the water,the abundance of Zoea larva (Porcellana) is 0ind/m^3 - 31.82ind/m^3. The biodiversity index (H) is 2. 45083 - 3. 49524. The biomass of zooplankton and phytoplankton of each station correlated positively.
