摘要
对脱除合成氨变换气CO2方法进行分析,提出在联合制碱法工艺中,采用联碱氨母液Ⅱ直接吸收合成氨变换气CO2方法是最佳节能方法。新型外冷碳化塔实现大型化后,为变换气制碱工艺大型化创造设备条件,具备了推广应用条件。
By analyzing the method of removing transformation gas ( CO2 ) in synthesis ammonia production, we put forward a optimum economization energy method that the mother liquor II absorbed CO2 directly. The new - type outside cool carbonization tower is amplied. It provides the equipmeut and application condition for the large - scale technology of producing alkali with transformation gas.
