摘要
以铅合金电极为阴极、Dimensionally Stable Anodes(DSA)类电极为阳极的分隔式电解槽中,当2-硝基-4,5-二甲基苯胺的浓度为0.1 mol/L,支持电解质硫酸的浓度为0.5 mol/L,溶剂为50%乙醇溶液,电流密度为1 000 A/m2,电量为1.2 F/mol时,电解还原2-硝基-4,5-二甲基苯胺合成4,5-二甲基-1,2-苯二胺,计算得知电流效率为58.4%,产品收率70.2%.测得产品熔点为127~128℃,质量分数98.4%.
2-Nitro-4,5-dimethyl-aniline is electroreduced to 4,5-dimethyl-1,2-phenylene-diamine in di- vided cell with lead alloy cathode and DSA anode. The optimum conditions of electrolysis are as fellows : 2-Nitro-4, 5-dimethyl-anihne concentration 0.1 tool/L; sulfuric acid concentration 0.5 mol/L; current density 1 000 A/m^2; electric quantity 1.2 F/mol. The yield and content of the product is above 70.2%and 98.4% respectively,and the melting point of the product is in the range of 127-128 ℃.
