摘要 针对目前糖尿病治疗用胰岛素泵系统采用电机-机械泵系统的应用现状,提出了采用后推式压电驱动泵来代替电机-机械泵的研究方案.该方案以压电泵为流体动力源,利用压电泵驱动注射器实现药液的微量输出,工作中压电泵中的工作介质不直接接触药液,因此不会产生二次污染.对设计研制的试验装置进行了初步试验研究,试验测试结果表明,在工作频率150 Hz时,该泵的输出流量达25μL,同时在出口压力超过输液泵输出压力时,不产生液体倒流现象. The back-push piezoelectric pump is presented according to the current application status of electrical-mechanical pumping system in diabetes treatment. The piezoelectric pump serves as power source in this scheme. The injector is driven by piezoelectric pump to execute micro output of drug. The working medium of piezoelectric pump do not contact drug in working status to avoid the secondary pollution. The experiment results show that the output flow rate of this pump reaches 25 μL. at the working frequency of 150 Hz, and reverse flow is prevented, when the outlet pressure gets higher than the output pressure of infusion pump.
