祛风利咽、敛肺止咳法治疗喉源性咳嗽疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Wind-Dispersing and Throat-Clearing, Lung-Arresting and Cough-Relieving Therapy for Laryngeal Cough

目的观察祛风利咽、敛肺止咳法治疗喉源性咳嗽的疗效。方法将55例喉源性咳嗽患者随机分成两组:治疗组29例治以祛风利咽、敛肺止咳法,对照组26例治以联邦止咳露。疗程均为2～3周。结果治疗组总有效率为89.66%,对照组为53.85%,P<0.01。结论祛风利咽、敛肺止咳法治疗喉源性咳嗽疗效显著。

Objective To observe the curative effect of wind-dispersing and throat-clearing, lung-arresting and cough-relieving therapy for laryngeal cough. Method Fifty-five subjects were randomized into two groups： treatment group in which 29 cases were treated by this therapy and control group in which 26 cases were treated by ＂Zhike Syrup＂, with a course of 2-3 weeks. Result The effective rate was 89.66% in treatment group and 53185% in control group, P〈 0.01. Conclusion This therapy is quite effective for laryngeal cough.
