摘要
零售店顾客冲动性购买行为目前正在被越来越多的零售商所重视。研究顾客冲动性购买行为的类型、特点以及影响顾客冲动性购买行为的因素,分析冲动性购买对零售商可能产生的影响,对零售商有效把握顾客冲动性购买所带来的商机具有现实的应用意义。
Retailers are paying more attention to customer's compulsive purchase behavior in retail shops. It is of great importance to study the types and characteristics of the compulsive purchase and the factors affecting customer's impulsive purchase, and to analyze the possible influence and opportunities brought up by customer's impulsive purchase.
