终末期乙型肝炎肝移植后乙型肝炎病毒再感染的预防和治疗 被引量：2

摘要 全球进行原位肝移植（OLT）的患者中有5％～10％为HBV相关的慢性或暴发性肝病，而我国OLT患者多为HBV相关的终末期肝硬化或肝细胞癌。乙型肝炎（乙肝）患者OLT的预后在很大程度上取决于移植肝再感染的预防。在无任何防治措施的情况下，移植后HBV再感染率超过80％，这与原发性肝病的严重程度及移植时HBV的复制有关。再感染引起的急、慢性肝病可导致移植肝肝功能衰竭、患者死亡或需要再次进行肝移植。
