摘要
从微晶玻璃的组成、结构和性能出发,采用差热分析方法对以TiO2作为晶核剂的CaO-Al2O3-SiO2系统微晶玻璃的析晶动力学参数进行了测定,目的是为了研究TiO2的含量对增钙液态渣微晶玻璃晶化的影响规律以及其作为晶核剂的作用机理,并最终确定适宜的TiO2含量.
On the point of the composition, structure and function of glass-ceramic, the kinetic parameters of CaO-Al2 O3-SiO2 glass-ceramic are calculated by differential thermal analysis. The thesis focuses on the influences of TiO2 contents on crystallization of glass-ceramic made from granulated slag containing high-calcium oxide and also its nucleating mechanism is analyzed. And the optimum TiO2 content for the glass-ceramic as a nucleating agent is determined finally.
