摘要
为解决在海洋超深水钻井过程中遇到的一系列问题,石油工业提出了海底钻井液举升钻井(SMD)技术。SMD技术是用于深水和超深水钻井的新技术,采用该技术需要设计研发新的钻井设备。鉴于此,着重阐述了SMD系统关键设备之一的海底分隔器(SRD)的工作原理,对其结构进行了分析并建立了三维模型,给出了关键部件的强度校核公式。海底分隔器的设计计算为海底旋转分隔器的样机制造提供了理论基础。
In order to solve the problems during drilling in ultra-deep sea,a new subsea mudlift drilling(SMD)technology is developed.Because the technology is a new one in the deepwater or ultra-deep water drilling,it is necessary to design and develop new drilling equipments for adopting the SMD technology.Therefore,presented in this paper is the operating principle of subsea rotating diverter which is one of the key equipments of SMD system.In addition,its structure is analyzed,the three-dimensional model established and the strength check formula of the key parts provided.The design and computation of the subsea rotating diverter provide the theoretical basis for the manufacture of the prototype of the subsea rotating diverter.
