摘要
UBD气体监测系统是专门为监测井下燃爆现象而开发研制的,其主要原理是通过对返出气体中氧气、一氧化碳和二氧化碳体积分数变化的监测来判断井下是否发生燃爆。该系统具有仪器安装方便,井场布线简单,微型数据采集系统占用井场面积小,全数字信号传输,系统测量参数多,响应快,稳定性好,精度高,维护方便等特点,并已在川东某井成功完成井下燃爆监测任务,捕捉井下燃爆现象的灵敏性和准确性高,为空气钻井的提速快钻提供了安全保障。
The gas monitor system is specially developed for monitoring borehole burst.Its main principle is based on the concentration change of O2,CO and CO2 from the borehole to judge whether borehole burst takes place.The system features simple instrument installation and well site wire arrangement,small area occupied by the mini data acquisition system,all-digital signal transmission,many measurement parameters,fast response,good stability,high accuracy and convenient maintenance.It has been successfully used in Chuandong Oilfield.Its high sensitivity and accuracy of monitoring borehole burst provide safety guarantee for speedy operation of air drilling.
