摘要
针对抽油井射孔后压井下泵作业存在的地层损害问题,研制了抽油机射孔下泵不压井作业一体化管柱。该管柱由双级油管柱、定位校深短节、泵座、封泵器、气锚、点火头、射孔枪和油管鞋等组成,特别适用于油田低压、敏感性储层油井补层作业需要。对于层间差异大、作业时易发生井涌甚至井喷的井,可有效保护低压层,并保证作业安全。这种管柱实现了射孔后不起管柱、不压井下泵作业,施工成功率100%,单井节省工时26h,温米油田12口井的现场试验均取得明显效果。
In order to avoid formation damage caused by well killing and running pump after perforating in rod-pumped well,the integrated string of perforating,running pump and non-well killing operation is developed.It mainly consists of dual-stage tubing string,locating and depth-correcting sub,pump deck,pump sealing device,gas anchor,firing head,perforator and tubing shoe.It is especially suitable for low-pressure and sensitive formations.The integrated string can effectively protect the low-pressure formation and assure safe operation for the wells which have large inter-formation difference and are apt to well kick and well blowout.The pump can be run down the borehole without pulling out the string and killing the well after perforation with 100% of success.The saved working time is 26 h for a single well.Obvious effect is obtained from the field application in 12 wells.
