摘要 应用现有的有限元计算程序,对高压转子进行温度场和应力场计算分析.首先利用最小二乘法导出放热系数的计算公式,并用Fortran语言编制了适用计算各种汽轮机转子的放热系数的程序,然后利用有限元软件计算了高压转子在各种工况下的温度场和应力场.最后根据计算和分析结果,对汽轮机机组的安全运行提出了有实际工程意义的建议.并以鞍山第二发电厂一号机组为例进行了验证,得出利用该程序可以解决其他类似各种转子的温度场和应力场的计算问题. The aim of this investigation is to apply finite element calculation program to analyze the temperature and stress fields of steam turbine rotor. A formula to calculate the radiative coefficient of the rotor was derived by numeric analysis. Based on Fortran language, the program suitable for calculating the radiative coefficient of various steam turbine rotors was worked out. Both temperature and stress fields of steam turbine rotor under different operating conditions were calculated using finite element' software. Some suggestions for safe operation of steam turbine sets were proposed, and the verification was performed with taking the steam turbine rotor in Anshan Second Power Plant as an example. It is suggested that the proposed program can be also used for calculating the temperature and stress fields of other similar rotors.
