摘要
为了提高Inconel 718合金焊接接头的塑、韧性,开发了具有良好力学性能和热加工性能的镍基高温合金焊接材料.通过适当调整Inconel 718高温合金中的碳、铌含量,并在一定工艺参数下进行熔敷,然后再进行扩散退火和固溶、时效处理;研究了C、Nb含量变化对Inconel 718高温合金熔敷层的组织和性能的影响.实验结果表明:焊后熔敷层的组织主要由γ固溶体构成,枝晶间出现白色的Laves相;经扩散退火处理后,Laves相发生溶解;在相同的处理条件下,熔敷层的屈服强度和硬度对碳、铌成分的变化比较敏感.
In order to improve plasticity and ductility of Inconel 718 alloy weld joint, it is necessary to develop nickel-based superalloy welding materials with good mechanical properties and weldability. By adjusting the content of carbon and niobium in Inconel 718 superalloy, and performing welding tests under certain process parameters, and then conducting heat treatment including diffusion annealing, solution and aging on deposit coating, the influence of both carbon and niobium on the microatructures and mechanical properties of the lnconel 718 alloy deposit coating was investigated. The results show that the microstructures of the deposit coatings is composed of 7 solid solution, and some Laves phases appear in the interdendritic region after welding. The Laves phase will dissolve during the diffusion annealing treatment. Under the same treatment conditions, the yield strength and hardness of the deposit coating are sensitive to variation in the content of carbon and niobium.
