摘要
目的探讨前胸壁多发性慢性窦道的治疗方法与效果。方法2003年9月-2005年9月采用单一或复合肌瓣移植治疗外科换药无法治愈的前胸壁多发性慢性窦道10例,发病原因均为DVR心瓣膜置换术、纵隔肿瘤切除术等心胸疾病外科治疗后。结果9例一次移植Ⅰ期愈合,1例二次移植术后Ⅱ期愈合,随访12个月以上无一例窦道再发。结论单一或复合肌瓣移植是治疗前胸壁多发性慢性窦道的可选的有效方法。
Objective： To explore the treatment of multiple chronic sinus in prothorax wall. Methods： There were 10 cases in our study, male 6 cases and female 4cases, average age 35 years old. All the patients suffered from multiple chronic sinus in prothorax wall during the therapy of the thoracic and cardiovascular diseases, treated with single ro compound muscular flap grafting operation. Results： All of the cases were cured with satisfied efficiency. None of the patients＇ sinus was reoccurred afterabove 12 months follow- up. Conclusion： single or compound muscular flap gaffing is the effective treatment of multiple chronic sinus in prothorax wall.
