ICU中重症胰腺炎患者连续性血液净化治疗的观察与护理

The Observation and Nursing of Treatment of Severe Acute Pancreatitis Patients with Continuous Blood Purification in ICU

目的观察ICU中连续性血液净化对危重患者中的疗效及护理。方法对50例重症胰腺炎患者应用连续性血液净化治疗,进行动态观察治疗前后生命体征、氧分压、血氧饱和度、APACHE-Ⅱ评分等的变化。结果32例患者救治成功,CBP治疗后总体APACHE-Ⅱ平分较治疗前明显降低,呼吸转平稳,血氧饱和度、氧分压升高,与治疗前比较差异有显著性。结论对重症胰腺炎患者及早进行连续性血液净化,能明显改善患者的治疗效果,提高救治率,而在临床上仔细观察,精心护理对急性重症胰腺炎的疗效起重要作用。

Objective： To investigate the Therapeutic efficiency and nursing of severe acute pancreatitis patients treated with continuous blood purification in ICU. Methods： Fifty SAP patients were treated with continuous blood purification, and the partial pressure of arterial oxygen, arterial oxygen saturation and temperature, heart rate, respiratory rate, mean arterial pressure, the variables of APACHE Ⅱ scores, and at the end of CVH were observed. Results： Compare to pre - CWH parameters, post - CVVH patients achieved a remarkable remission. Clinical improvement during CVVH was impressive in our patients. Temperature was reduced to normal; mean arterial pressure was increased significantly. The heart rate and respiratory rate were also reduced significantly. Conclusion： CVVH treament had a affirmative effect to the SAP patients, and careful nursing may also be important.
