摘要
通过给沙鼠食入高脂饲料建立沙鼠高脂血症模型,同时观察肝脏和心肌中各种酯酶的活性变化,进而对中药鸦胆子油乳剂的降脂作用及降脂机制进行了探讨。结果表明,在高脂组,肝脏组织总脂解酶活性(LA)降低;心肌和肝脏的脂蛋白脂肪酶(LPL)活性均明显降低,而肝甘油三酯脂肪酶(HTGL)活性无明显改变。给高脂血症沙鼠食入鸦胆子油乳剂(BJO)后,肝脏及心肌中的LA活性和HTGL活性无明显改变。
A hyperlipidemia model was made by feeding mongolian gerbils high diet and observed some lipolytic activities (LA) in liver and heart.The results showed that LA in liver decreased;the activitiy of LPL in liver and heart decreased significantly;but no obvious change of HTGL activity was found. After BJO was administered to hyperlipidemia models,the LPL in liver and heart increased and no obvious changes of LA and HTGL activity was observed.
