摘要 城市基础地理信息是地理信息系统最基本和最重要的组成部分,其数据质量的好坏直接影响系统应用分析结果的可靠程度和系统应用目标的实现。大比例尺地形图扫描数字化作为城市基础地理信息来源的重要手段,已经成为城市基础地理信息的主要数据源,其质量控制应引起足够重视。分析了地形图扫描数字化的误差来源,针对各种误差提出质量控制方法,并以哈尔滨市1:1000地形图数字化项目为例,对误差作出分析。可为地形图扫描数字化减小误差、进行质量控制提供参考。 Current figure city construction" has been in the ascendant, geographic information system has gotten more and more broad application in every industry. City basis geographical feature information is fundamental and the most important ingredient of geographic information system, the data quality has direct impact to system reliability and the realization of system application target. Big scale relief maps scan digitization is the important means for city basis geographical feature information source, and already has become main digitized relief map resource, it's quality should be noticed. The paper analyses a relief map scanning digitization error, with 1 : 1000 relief maps of Harbin City digitization project as an example, the paper diminishes error of the relief map scans digitization and controls it's quality.
