摘要 目的建立一种慢性洋地黄中毒的动物模型。方法大鼠腹腔内注射中毒剂量的哇巴因0.045mg/Kg.d连续两周,观察动物体重、心电图、心脏湿重、尾动脉血压。结果哇巴因组和对照组在体重、心脏湿重、尾动脉血压等方面均无统计学差异。哇巴因组大鼠心室肌组织结构紊乱、炎性细胞浸润,心电图出现了PR间期延长、室性早搏、室扑等心律失常。结论连续两周中毒剂量的哇巴因可以成功的构建慢性洋地黄中毒模型。 Objective: To built a kind of animal model of chronical digitalis intoxication. Methods: ouabain was injected 0.045mg/Kg^+d intraperitoneally to Sprague- Dawley rats continous for two weeks.Then the body weight, heart weight, electrocardiogram, blood pressure of rail artery were mesured.Results: The blood pressure of tail artery, body weight, heart weight had no difference signifcantly of rats between ouabain - treated and control group.The myocardium fiber of rats from ouabain - treated group showed mess, inflammatory and edema slightly. However, the electrocardiogram of rats from this group presented elonged PR interval, ventricular premature beats or ventricular flutter. Conelution: The animal model of chronical digitalis intoxication can be constructed with continous injection ouabain intraperitoneally for two weeks.
