老年缺血性脑血管病患者红细胞膜MDA水平及流动性的变化 被引量:1

摘要 测定30例老年缺血性脑血管病患者用药前后红细胞膜丙二醛(MDA)水平及膜流动性,并与正常对照组比较。结果表明,老年缺血性脑血管病红细胞膜MDA水平明显高于正常对照组(P<0.001),红细胞膜流动性低于对照组,患者用药后MDA和膜流动性趋于正常。由此推测红细胞膜MDA水平是影响膜流动性重要原因,红细胞脂质过氧化损伤是脑缺血及功能障碍的影响因素之一。 The level of erythrocyte membrane malondialdehyde (MDA) and membrane fluidity was detected in 300 old patients with cerebral ischemia and subjects as control. The results showed that the level of erythrocyte membrane MDA in patients with cerebral ischemia was obviously higher than that in normal persons (P<0 001),while the membrane fluidity was obviously decreased compared with normal persons, the MDA and membrane fluidity tended to normality after medicine treatment. This suggests that the level of membrane MDA is an important factor affecting membrane fluidity and the damage of erythrocyte membrane lipid peroxides is one of factors affecting cerebral ischemia and functional obstacle.
