巨幼细胞贫血和MDS患者血清LDH、α-HBDH活性的测定及其意义 被引量:16

摘要 应用生化自动分析仪检测18例巨幼细胞贫血,30例骨髓增生异常综合征(MDS)和20例正常人血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)和α-羟丁酸脱氢酶(α-HBDH)活性,结果显示,巨幼细胞贫血组LDH、α-HBDH活性明显显高于正常对照组,而MDS组LDH,α-HBDH活性与正常对照组比较无显著差异,因而检测血清LDH。 The serum level of lactate dehydrogenase (LDH),α hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase (α-HBDH) in 20 healthy subjects, 18 megaloblastic anemia patients and 30 patients with myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) was measured by biochemical analyzer. The results showed that the serum level of LDH, α HBDH in megaloblastic anemia group was significantly higher than that of normal control group and no significant difference was found between MDS and normal control group. This result sugests that the measurement of the serum level of LDH, α HBDH might be clinicaly useful in differentiating megaloblastic anemia from MDS.
