我省矿难频发的原因及对策

自2003年起,煤炭价格不断上涨,煤炭行业的整体经济效益直线上升。在超常经济增长的拉动下,煤炭市场出现供应紧张的局面。伴随着煤炭需求持续增长、煤炭价格持续走高,出现了大量的非法煤矿,矿主为了追求高额的利润,盲目地超强度开采、超能力生产,加之官煤勾结,监管不力,导致矿难重特大事故多发。文章从矿难频发的原因谈起,结合我省的实际情况,对矿难的高频发生提出相应的对策。

The coal price has been hiking constantly from 2003. The economic benefits of the coal industry are raised straightly. The fast economic development needs too much coal. The output of the coal cannot meet the demand of the market. In this situation, the illegal coal mine became more and more. for the people exploit coal to make money. At the same time, the supervision to the coal mine is weak. All of these make the coal mine accidents occurred frequently. So we should analyze the reasons and put forward the means to solve this situation.
