浅议新民主主义革命时期农村容富政策的调整

On Readjusting the Policy of the Economy of Rich Peasants Existing in Rural Areas During the Period of New Democratic Revolution

新民主主义革命时期,中国共产党通过调整根据地的土地政策平衡了农村各阶级的利益,通过保存富农经济而促进经济社会的发展,从而在政治上构筑了党在农村的统一战线,这为动员和争取农村一切积极因素去实现新民主主义革命总目标、维护农村社会稳定和保持农业生产发展发挥了积极的作用。

During the period of new democratic revolution, the CPC balanced the benefits of different classes in rural areas by adjusting the policy of farmland in the base area and promoted economic and social development by preserving the economy of rich peasants, thus politically building united front of the CPC in rural areas, which gives play to a positive role in mobilizing and striving for all positive factors in rural areas to attain general objective for new democratic revolution and maintaining rural social stability and keeping the development of agricultural production.
