摘要
尽管宪法确立了社会保障的法律地位,但我国农村社会保障立法严重滞后。文章阐述了加快农村社会保障立法的必要性和紧迫性,针对现行立法存在的主要问题,提出了完善农村社会保障立法的实践路径。
Legislation of rural social security in China is lagging seriously behind although the Chinese constitution has established the legal status of social security. This paper explains the necessity and urgency of speeding up legislation of rural social security, and put forward a practical way to promote legislation of rural social security in aiming directly at the main problems arising from the current legislation.
