近年来,高校中出现部分学生在学习、生活上明显比一般学生处于弱势的状态。本文对此现象进行了分析,认为高校图书馆具有对其承担知识援助的责任。

Some of university students are lower than others on campus in study and life aspect recently. The paper will analyse this appearance and essence of question , and give a advise to university library for the low masses students about responsibility and method of knowledge assist.
