摘要
通过分析太原市城中村改造中“建房热、拆迁难”的成因,提出了因势利导,建设公寓楼群的新思路,使村民由自盖自租转为整盖整租,顺应市场需求,保障村民的长期收益,弥补市政建设的不足,达到“村民、租房者和政府”的三方共赢。
By analysing the cause of the difficulty "to have villager's house dismantled and move out" among the reconstruction of "villages inside Taiyuan city", brought forward the new method of building the apartment house groups. It can meet the demand market, ensures villager' s long range avails, reaching "villagers, renting house persons and government" wins together.
