The design of waste factory building in college for its civilian reconstruction

通过回顾“厂房民用化改造设计”,阐述了如何发掘高校内废旧工业厂房的空间及存在价值,并通过合理化改造,在一定程度上缓解了当前高校建设资金问题,指出设计应从使用对象出发,尊重和满足使用群体需求,从而构筑多元、宜人的再生空间,营造独特的校园人文景观。

Through reviewing ＂civilian reconstruction design of factory building＂, this paper illustrates the way to unearth the space and existent value of waste factory building in college and to ease. the pressure of construction funds in college to a certain extent through reasonable reconstruction, and points out that the design should respect and satisfy the demand of user groups started from using object, in order to build multiple and comfortable regenerative space and to construct unique human landscape in campus.
