摘要
目的:研究无梗五加叶的化学成分。方法:利用各种色谱技术进行分离纯化,根据理化常数和光谱数据等进行结构鉴定。结果:从无梗五加叶中分得两种化合物,其结构分别鉴定为:Ⅰ,(1R)1,11α二羟基3,4开环羽扇豆4(23),20(29)二烯3,28二酸3,11内酯28氧αL吡喃鼠李糖基(1→4)βD吡喃葡萄糖基(1→6)βD吡喃葡萄糖苷;Ⅱ,β谷甾醇。结论:化合物Ⅰ系首次从该植物中分出,并且为主要成分。
OBJECTIVE:To study the chemical constituents in the leaves of Acanthopanax sessiliflorus.METHODS:Various kinds of chromatography and structure elucidation were used to separate and purify the constituents,and physical and chemical constants and spectral data were measured.RESULTS:Two compounds were isolated from the leaves of Acanthopanax sessiliflorus.Their structures were identified as:Ⅰ,(1R) 1,11α dihydroxy 3,4 seco lupa 4(23),20(29) diene 3,28 dioic acid 3,11 lactone 28 O α L rhamnopyranosyl(1→4) β D glucopyranosyl(1→6) β D glucopyranoside;Ⅱ,β sitosterol.CONCLUSION:Compound Ⅰ,first isolated from this plant,is the main constituent of the leaves of this plant.
