In light of the problem that there are so many factors influenced construction quality, this paper establishes quality control and management system, analyzes the shortcomings existed in quality supervision by government, introduces the key factors of government quality supervision system, and illustrates the main contents of government supervision and examination, in order to ensure construction quality.
