曲安西龙与醋酸泼尼松治疗系统性红斑狼疮的疗效比较

Comparison of the efficacy of triamcinolone and prednisone in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus

目的：比较曲安西龙（ｔｒｉａｍｃｉｎｏｌｏｎｅ）与醋酸泼尼松（ｐｒｅｄｎｉｓｏｎｅ）治疗活动期系统性红斑狼疮（ＳＬＥ）的疗效。方法：５７例ＳＬＥ随机双盲分组，对照组服用醋酸泼尼松１ｍｇ·ｋｇ－１·ｄ－１，治疗组服用相当于醋酸泼尼松剂量的曲安西龙０．８ｍｇ·ｋｇ－１·ｄ－１观察４～６周。结果：两组药物总有效率均为７３．７％，但接受曲安西龙治疗组的体重增加和满月脸的副作用发生率低于醋酸泼尼松组。结论：两组药物治疗ＳＬＥ的疗效相似，但曲安西龙的副作用小于醋酸泼尼松。

OBJECTIVE:To compare the efficacy of triamcinolone with prednisone on active systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE).METHODS:57 patients with SLE were randomly divided into treatment and control groups.The control group was treated with prednisone 1 mg·kg -1 ·d -1 and the treatment group with triamcinolone 0.8 mg·kg -1 ·d -1 ,that was equal to the dosage of prednisone for 4～6 weeks.RESULTS:The total efficacy rate in the two groups was the same(73.7%).Increased weight and moonface in patients after treatment of triamcinolone were noted less than those after treatment of prednisone.CONCLUSION:Triamcinolone has a similar efficacy rate with prednisone in the patients with active SLE,but the side effects of triamcinolone were less than those of prednisone.
