摘要
目的:研究生血宝颗粒对缺铁性贫血的影响。方法:采用低铁饲料喂养加失血的方法制备大鼠缺铁性贫血模型,观察生血宝治疗后动物体重、进食量,外周血细胞数量、形态,及血铁含量的变化情况。结果:生血宝可使缺铁性贫血动物模型外周血RBC、Hb、Hct增加,红细胞的小细胞、低色素状态改善。并使血清铁、血清铁饱和度及血清铁蛋白含量提高,总铁结合率与红细胞游离原卟啉降低,使模型动物的缺铁状态得到明显改善。且生血宝使造模动物体重、进食量等方面的改善作用较硫酸亚铁强。结论:生血宝有治疗模型动物缺铁性贫血的作用,并能使其缺铁状况得到改善。
Objective: To study the effect and function step of Shengxuebao Keli on the Iron Deficiency Anemia. Methods: To establish a rat model with Iron Deficiency Anemia by feeding the rat with a low iron diet and bleeding. To observe animal body weight, food hatake, the shape and number of blood cell in circulation and alternation of the content of iron in blood after treated by Shengxuebao Keli. Results: Shengxuebao can increase RBC, Hb, Hct in circulation, improve the mierocytic and hypochromic state of RBC in animal naodel with Iron Deficiency Anemia, enhance the content of serum iron, serum iron saturation, serum ferreting, decline whole iron combining rate and free erythrocyte protoporphyrin, and obviously improve the state of iron deficiency in animal model. With meliorative action on body weight and food intake in rat model, Shengxuebao is stronger than ferrous sulfate. Conclusion: Shengxuebao can treat animal model with Iron Deficiency Anemia and improve the status of iron deficiency.
