摘要
我国基础教育长期采用班级授课制,比较注重学生的共性,而忽视了学生的个别差异,导致学生的全面发展受到影响。这种现象的存在不利于我国教育事业未来的发展。因此,必须做到因材施教,达到学生共性与个性的统一。
When elementary education in our country is taught in class over a long period of time, the teachers only lay stress on the general character of students, and has ignored the individual differences of students,thereby influencing all - round development of students. This phenomenon is unfavorable to the development of education cause in our country. Therefore, we must accomplish teaching students according to their aptitude, and a chieve unifying of student's general character and individuality.
