通过分析工程施工索赔的原因及其导致的后果,提出在工程项目建设过程中施工方如何利用索赔机会,合理地调整工程价款,使业主和承包商双方的权益得到公正合理的解决途径,确保工程项目建设顺利进行。
Based upon analysis of the reasons caused the construction claims and sequent troubles measures that how to utilize claim opportunity in construction process are discussed in order to balance and protect the rights and interests of both parts to ensure smooth running of project.
