Establishment of the Modern Marxist National Economics

应该在马克思主义基础上构建独立的国民经济学。马克思主义国民经济学包括三大内容、两大系统和五个理论要点。国民经济要以国有经济为主导,公有制经济为主体,多种所有制共同发展。市场与计划的关系问题是国民经济学的核心。

We should establish the independenl national economics on the basis of Marxism. Marxist national economics includes three aspects of important contents, two kinds of systems and five main theoretical points. National economy should take slate-owned economy as leading role and public economy as principle part, and at the same time, permitting all sorts of ownership systems common development. The key issue of national economics is the relations between market and plan.
