By studying the operational characters and the special financing demand by micro and small enterprises in private economy, the paper proves that informal financing right now is the best way to raise social capital and that social capital network connects the financing channels of micro enterprises. The informal financing behaviors of enterprises can not only meet the demand of fund, but also satisfy the need of mutual aid and coooeration.
