对胆固醇结石病Lith基因的探索 被引量：4

摘要 胆固醇结石病（简称胆石病）是常见病,其发病机制较复杂,有多因素参与.20世纪的研究认识到,胆石形成机制涉及胆汁成分改变、成核异常和胆囊功能障碍,遗传因素和环境因素的影响.
