摘要 本文提出了一种求解多片簧刚度与应力的新模型。模型假定片间有多个确定的接触点,每个接触点处作用着集中力。根据板簧变形协调原理,导出相应的方程。采用一种逐步搜索逼近法,可解出各个接触点的位置及作用力的大小,并进一步求得各叶片的应力分布、挠度曲线及弹簧刚度。计算结果与实测结果对比表明,新模型求解精度高,速度快,可直接应用于多片簧的设计计算。 A new model to determine the stresses and spring rate of multileaf spring is described in this paper. It is assumed that there exists a set of contact points between adjacent leaves and that the load can be transferred only through these contact points. Equations are established based on the principle of deflections consistency. Then, by applying a method of successive searching approximation, all the forces loaded on each leaf, and the stresses, deflection curve and spring rate of each leaf can be worked out. Comparison between the calculated and tested results shows that the new model has satisfactory solution accuracy and can be used in multileaf spring design.
