常温和干热环境下猪腹部火器伤后病理学及生存率观察 被引量:9

摘要 目的:对常温和干热环境下猪腹部火器肠管贯通伤后的病理学及生存率进行观察。方法:30头猪随机分为常温环境组(N组)、干热组Ⅰ(HⅠ组)、干热组Ⅱ(HⅡ组),麻醉后将各组猪以行走位悬挂于靶场门廊上。标记射击点后由专业射手距30cm处以54式7.62mm手枪弹射击猪下腹部,比较各组动物伤情和24h存活率,对死亡动物及伤后24h仍存活动物进行剖腹探查并进行病理学检查。结果:各组动物小肠、结肠穿孔数分别为:N组为(5.70±1.25)和(1.60±0.70)个HⅠ组为(5.50±1.43)和(1.70±0.95)个HⅡ组为(5.60±1.65)和(1.50±0.85)个;各组小肠穿孔处数差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),三组动物24h存活率分别为90%、80%和0,N、HⅠ组存活率无统计学差异(P>0.05),N、HⅠ组存活率明显高于HⅡ组(P<0.01);剖腹探查见N、HⅠ组死亡动物和HⅡ组动物腹腔渗出相对较多、腹压较高、恶臭明显,腹膜炎较重。结论:干热环境能明显降低腹部火器伤猪的存活率。 Objective: To survey the pathology and survival rate of procine models of penetrating abdominal firearm wound in normal temperature environment and dry heat environment of the desert. Methods: Thirty pigs were randomly divided into three groups: gunshot injury group in normal temperature environment (N group, n1-10), gunshot injury group Ⅰand Ⅱ in dry heat environment of the desert (H Ⅰ group, n=10, H It group, n=10). All were anaesthetized and suspended with walking pose on the arcade of military shooting range. Animals were shot on abdomen using 54 type pistol and 7.62mm bullets, which performed by sharp-shooter from 30cm distant place. The total survival rate and intestinal perforations at 24h after injurying was compared among three groups. Exploratory laparotomys were performed and the pathology were detected on the animals of all groups. Results: The average number of small intestine perforations and colon perforation: N group (5.70± 1.25,1.60±0.70), H Ⅰ group (5.50± 1.43,1.70±0.95), H Ⅱ group (5.60± 1.65,1.50±0.85). There were no significant differences in intestinal perforations among three groups (P〉0. 05).The total survival rate of N group and H Ⅰ group was significantly higher than H Ⅱ group (P〈0.01), but there was no significant difference between N group and H Ⅰ group (P〉0.05). The abdominal stinking leak was more severe and death rate was higher in N group and H Ⅰ group than H Ⅱ group. Conelu, sion: Dry heat environment in the desert could obviously impair the total survival rate of pigs.
